Dignity and Respect at Work Awareness Training

This Dignity and Respect at Work workshop gives employees a practical, ‘no-nonsense’ look at ways to create and maintain the positive aspects of culture at work without inadvertently causing distress to others.

During the session we explore individual responsibilities in maintaining an environment where people feel safe and respected and enjoy work life that’s free from bullying and harassment.

By the end of the session, participants will be able to:

  • State how they can build a culture that is inclusive
  • Demonstrate an increased knowledge of what harassment is and the impact it has on individuals
  • Give constructive feedback to others on matters that concern them
  • Still have fun at work!

We can deliver this (and all our) course(s) exclusively for your organisation either in-person at your premises, at a venue of your choice or virtually. In-house training offers a cost-effective and flexible way to upskill your team with content tailored to your organisation’s specific goals and challenges.

Whether you're looking to develop a single team or roll out training organisation-wide we’ll work with you to ensure the programme/course(s) deliver maximum impact.
