Sage Computerised Payroll

You will learn how to carry out a range of day-to-day computerised payroll routines and produce a range of payroll reports.  Participants will also develop an awareness of the importance of maintaining accuracy, security and data integrity.

By the end of the course you will be able to:

  • Process & understand HMRC submissions in payroll.
  • Set up and amend employee details.
  • Set up pension scheme and pension payments.
  • Process weekly and monthly payroll
  • Process Statutory Payments, including SSP, SMP, SPP etc.
  • Calculate and pay holiday pay.
  • Make corrections to payroll.
  • Produce a range of reports and understand how to extract information.

 

If you are new to computerised payroll or are self-taught on Sage accounting software then this course is for you.

    Louise

    Louise is an experienced bookkeeping and accounting skills trainer.  She has over 10 years’ experience in finance and accounting roles within organisations across all sectors.  As an Associate with AKU Training Louise delivers Finance for Non-Finance Managers and On-line Accounting Software training courses.

    Louise has worked in accounts and finance since 2005 and as a trainer since 2010.  She is a Director of BBS (NI) Ltd which offers bookkeeping, accounts and training support to small businesses and charities.  Louise is particularly involved with developing efficiencies for clients around all aspects of bookkeeping and accounting.

    Skills development is key to improving your bookkeeping and Louise brings great enthusiasm to her role as a trainer in a range of established bespoke courses related to bookkeeping and business finance development.

Less than 3 weeks prior to the course start date - 100% of total fees payable or free transfer.

ACCREDITED TRAINING

More than 6 weeks prior to the course start date - No cancellation fee payable.

Less than 6 weeks prior to the course start date - 100% of total fees payable or free transfer.

Substitute delegates will be accepted at any time at no cost.
