Better Business Cases Practitioner
The purpose of Better Business Case Practitioner training is to confirm that you have achieved sufficient understanding of the theory and practical application of the Five Case Model to develop an effective, clear and convincing business case.
To attend Better Business Case Practitioner training you will need to have successfully completed the Better Business Cases Foundation training.

The Better Business Cases Practitioner training and exam develops your skills to give you the ability to apply Better Business Cases in order to develop and tailor high quality business cases. By the end of this course you will be able to start developing business cases for any type and size of project or investment initiative.
The Better Business Cases Foundation qualification is suitable for all individuals that need to prepare business cases, in the public and private sector. It includes anyone who needs to convince their colleagues or superiors of the rationale behind a suggested investment, making the proposal look more professional and increasing its chances of approval and wider stakeholder engagement.
It will benefit senior responsible owners (SROs), programme directors and project managers, directors of finance and procurement and planning. It will also be relevant to members of management boards with strategic responsibility for approving proposals, business analysts and staff from centres of excellence and project offices.
The exam is an open book test, based on the objective testing format. There are 4 questions, each worth 20 marks, and the pass mark is 50%.
