This practical one-day training course will enable you to use MailChimp effectively to communicate with customers and prospects. You will benefit from step-by-step guidance, including live demonstrations within MailChimp itself of creating, sending and tracking campaigns.
You will learn how to set up an account, import existing client lists, create sign-up forms and manage lists. In addition, you will learn how to create and design an email and use MailChimp reports. During the day you will get hands-on practice and be trained by an IT software expert who will give you some great pointers to help you make your email campaigns more engaging and successful.
By the end of the training you will be able to:
- Understand the key MailChimp features
- Build a substantial opt-in email list and import subscribers
- Utilise Lists, Groups and Segments within MailChimp
- Design and send effective MailChimp campaigns
- Interpret MailChimp reports

Substitute delegates will be accepted at any time at no cost.
