High Performing Teams

All organisations that are target or outcome driven reply on people well working together to deliver on commitments and goals. A high-performance team can achieve consistently excellent results because it is cohesive, committed and collaborative.
This course we will support leaders and managers to develop the knowledge and skills to build and maintain high performance teams.
You will learn how to engage your team and encourage members to work together more effectively. You will also be challenged on areas for development and come away with an action plan on how to improve team performance.
By the end of the training course you will be able to:
- Distinguish the characteristics of High Performing Teams
- Discover leadership tactics to achieve high performance in front line roles
- Identify traits across the team that can impact high performance and develop strategies to manage these
- Appreciate individual team roles and identify how they collectively contribute to results
- Recognise the importance of vulnerability, trust and psychological safety in teams

Less than 3 weeks prior to the course start date - 100% of total fees payable or free transfer.
ACCREDITED TRAINING
More than 6 weeks prior to the course start date - No cancellation fee payable.
Less than 6 weeks prior to the course start date - 100% of total fees payable or free transfer.
Substitute delegates will be accepted at any time at no cost.
