This practical course will provide you with an introduction to financial record keeping using Sage Cloud Accounting software and ensure you get the most out of this useful business tool.
You will learn how to carry out a range of day-to-day computerised bookkeeping routines and produce a range of routine reports. Participants will also develop an awareness of the importance of regular checks and routines to maintain accuracy.
By the end of the course you will be able to:
- Edit company details
- Change settings and chart of accounts to reflect your business needs
- Set up and amend customer and supplier details
- Process sales and purchase invoices and credits
- Process customer and supplier payments
- Process non-credit payments and receipts
- Set up rules on your bank link
- Carry out bank reconciliation
- Produce a range of routine reports
- Create and submit a Vat return using MTD
If you are new to computerised accounts or are self-taught on Sage Cloud Accounting software then this course is for you.
