The course will help you to build self-esteem, understand your personality and increase your self-awareness. It will also help you to enhance your communication skills and improve your problem solving and decision making techniques. By the end of the training you will be able to:

  • Communicate clearly and handle concerns and objections

The course is specifically designed for personal assistants, secretaries, executive assistants, office managers and staff working in similar administrative support roles. If you wish to take on more advanced areas of responsibly and to enhance your role and effectiveness in the organisation then this is the course for you.

Less than 3 weeks prior to the course start date - 100% of total fees payable or free transfer.

ACCREDITED TRAINING

More than 6 weeks prior to the course start date - No cancellation fee payable.

Less than 6 weeks prior to the course start date - 100% of total fees payable or free transfer.

Substitute delegates will be accepted at any time at no cost.
