Emotional Intelligence
This practical course will provide you with strategies and techniques to help you increase your Emotional Intelligence (EI) and as a result build effective, collaborative relationships. The trainer will use a framework to explain EI and focus on developing relevant EI competencies.
It is now accepted that technical ability or professional knowledge alone are not enough to be successful in today's challenging workplace environment.
To be able to interact with others, make decisions, take optimal actions in solving problems and cope with change or challenges, demands something more. This something more is EI.
By the end of the training course you will be able to:
- Manage the daily challenges of your professional role
- Apply an EI framework to effectively manage relationships
- Communicate in a meaningful way and engage others
- Enhance team and individual performance
- Understand your EI strengths and development areas
This course will benefit managers or supervisors responsible for team success, those involved in customer relationships or individuals seeking to improve their professional performance.
