Professional Development in Action
We’re currently working with a local client to design and deliver its annual Professional Skills Development Programme. This programme includes 15 different practical training courses that are tailored to reflect its values, development needs and strategic objectives. Three examples are:
Stakeholder Relationships: how to build strong, positive connections with your key partners.
Effective Business and Report Writing: practical techniques and tips to write clearly and professionally.
Managing Difficult Conversations: How to handle tough talks and get positive results.
Each course is scheduled regularly across the year, ensuring that all of the development opportunities are available to the right people at the right time across the organisation. This way, everyone can keep learning and growing. #everydayisalearningday
