Position: Associate Trainer
Tanya is an experienced Human Resources, Organisational Development and Learning & Development professional with more than 25 years’ experience helping organisations develop their people, strengthen leadership capability and lead successful organisational change. Her practitioner background spans senior roles across the public, private and third sectors, including leadership, culture change, learning strategy, employee engagement and workforce development.
A CIPD-qualified trainer and recognised leadership development specialist, Tanya has extensive experience designing and delivering programmes in leadership, communication, coaching, performance management, recruitment and selection, managing change, influencing and negotiation and team development. She has worked with a wide range of public and private sector organisations, supporting managers and leaders to build confidence, improve performance and create positive workplace cultures.
Through AKU Training, Tanya delivers highly engaging and practical learning experiences, drawing on her extensive practitioner expertise in organisational development, culture change and leadership.
