Olivia is an experienced leadership development specialist, executive coach and learning professional with more than 20 years’ experience helping organisations build leadership capability, strengthen people management skills and create high-performing teams. Her practitioner background spans human resources, learning and development, coaching and organisational development roles across the public and private sectors, where she has designed and delivered impactful leadership and management programmes at all levels.
A Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, Olivia specialises in leadership development, coaching and mentoring, performance management, employee engagement, communication skills, resilience and difficult conversations. She combines extensive coaching expertise with practical management experience to help individuals and teams improve performance, develop confidence and achieve meaningful results.
Through AKU Training, Olivia delivers engaging and practical programmes that support managers and leaders to develop effective coaching skills, strengthen communication, manage performance and build positive workplace cultures. Her facilitative and coaching-led approach helps delegates increase self-awareness, improve decision-making and apply learning confidently in their day-to-day roles.
