Gillian is an experienced leadership, management and organisational development specialist with more than 24 years’ experience designing and delivering development programmes for managers, leaders and teams across the public and private sectors. Her practitioner background includes senior leadership, quality, training and HR management roles, as well as extensive international experience supporting organisations across Europe, the Americas and Asia to improve performance, develop leadership capability and drive organisational change.
Gillian specialises in leadership and management development, communication and influencing skills, emotional intelligence, coaching, performance management, team development and change leadership. An accredited executive coach and leadership development expert, she has worked with leaders at all levels to strengthen self-awareness, build high-performing teams, improve stakeholder relationships and create cultures that support continuous improvement and innovation.
Through AKU Training, Gillian delivers engaging, practical and highly interactive learning experiences that combine evidence-based leadership approaches with real-world business insight.
