Professional Selling Skills
The aim of this course is to enhance delegate sales skills through an understanding and application of best practice in selling. It also focuses on gaining insight to the buyer’s perspective.
In agreement with participants, training will be offered either virtually or in the classroom according to government Covid-19 guidelines.
This course will provide delegates with a comprehensive understanding of factors relating to lead generation, opportunity management and business development. The course navigates delegates through the buying/selling journey. It examines key skills that are applicable to adopting best practice in selling. Primary learning outcomes relate to increased conversion ratios resulting in improved quota attainment. A focus throughout the course is the development of ‘relationship’ with the buyer.
By the end of the course you will be able to:
- Understand selling from a buyers perspective
- Develop skills in prospecting, qualification and pipeline management
- Clearly articulate the organisation's value proposition
- Deal effectively with different customer types
- Clearly identify and navigate the buyer's purchasing criteria
- Manage objections effectively in order to gain decisions
If you are in a client focused role with responsibility for gaining new business
If you are interested in adopting best practice in selling
If you want to work smarter rather than working harder to win business, then this course is for you
