You will understand what constitutes a crisis, the stages of a crisis, how to effectively plan for and manage the communications around a crisis. You will also learn to define, identify, segment and prioritise stakeholders, understand stakeholder mapping and engage with difficult to reach groups.
Course delivery will include topical case studies that illustrate effective approaches to crisis communications and practical exercises.

- Identify and engage with stakeholders
