At Practitioner Level you will also learn how to implement the PRINCE2 methodology through a range of practical casestudies and scenarios. You will master concepts of project risk assessment, project planning and how to ensure a qualityapproach is applied throughout the project.
By the end of the training you will be able to:
- Implement the PRINCE2 methodologyand use PRINCE2 techniques
- Assess project risks
- Effectively plan and monitor projects
- Monitor and control the qualityof projects
If you have previously completed Foundation Level and require training in PRINCE2 to Practitioner Level, this is the course for you.
The Practitioner examination is scenario-based. It uses nine objective test questions to test your ability to apply the methodology. Each question area is worth 40 marks and consists of a number of sub-parts. An overall score of 180 marks out of a possible 360 is required to pass. You will have three hours to complete this open-book examination.
Joy is an experienced consultant and PRINCE2 qualified trainer, a member of the British Psychological Society and the Association of Project Management.
Her key areas of expertise include project and programme management, competency-based development, psychometric assessment and feedback (BPS Level A and Level B qualified), coaching, designing and implementing training delivery in project management, performance management, leadership development and personal effectiveness.
