You will learn how to use advanced features such as cross references, templates, change tracking facility and collaboration on a document via the web. The course also examines how documents and text can be successfully and securely exchanged with outside sources and shared by multiple users.
By the end of the training course you will be able to:

- Long documents – line, Section & Page Breaks, Widows & Orphans
- Insert bookmarks, footnotes, captions, cross references, tables of contents and index
- Manage linked headers and footers
- Use track changes and protect documents with tracked changes

- Link and embed objects
- Forms and Field Codes
If you have a good understanding of the basics of MS Word and wish to enhance the quality and presentation of your Word documents and increase your productivity then this course is for you.
Louise is an IT professional with over 22 years' experience in IT and telecommunications. During her career she has worked in IT consultancy, project management and as an in-house trainer.
Louise is an Associate with AKU Training and provides specialist IT training in Belfast including MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access, MS Project and marketing through Twitter and LinkedIn training.
Louise also runs her own IT consultancy in Belfast through which she operates as an IT consultant, mentor and IT trainer. She is an Accredited Microsoft Master Instructor and an accredited ECDL and Advanced ECDL Tester. She has worked as an Associate Lecturer with the Open University and a part-time lecturer with Castlereagh College and EDIFHE.

Substitute delegates will be accepted at any time at no cost.
