Marketing Made Easy

When you have completed the programme, you will have a sound knowledge of what channels and tactics are suitable for your business and be able to answer questions including:

  • Should we be using Social Media and if so, why?
  • Is email, or even direct mail, out of date? 
  • Will a price promotion work for us? etc.

You will learn how to create your own bespoke marketing plan that will deliver some 'quick wins' and a medium/long term plan for sustainable and manageable growth.

This half day programme is delivered to a maximum of six organisations at a time.  The content is a mixture of formal teaching mixed with lots of small practical exercises.  You will need to do about an hour's prep work before the day.

The pogramme is followed up with an hour of 1-to-1 exclusive support with Guy Bucknall.  During this session, we will fill in the details of the plan you have developed and cover off any questions or problems that are specific to your business or have arisen since the training day.

If you run your own business or manage the marketing function for a business or department then this is the course for you.

    Guy Bucknall

    Guy Bucknall has more than 20 years' experience in industry. Having started his career in the major London advertising agencies in the early 1990s, he became a successful tech entrepreneur in the 2000s.  More recently he has specialised in advising, supporting, mentoring and investing in client businesses.  His CV includes some very major brands including British Airways, Mars UK and Reckitt &Benckiser), but more recently he has specialised in start ups and early stage growth tasks.

    Despite having started his career in a print related world, since 2010 he has concentrated on his Digital Marketing skills and is now an accredited (and accomplished) Digital Strategist. In 2015 he was appointed as an Entrepreneur in Residence at the Northern Ireland Science Park where he advises and mentors on the Springboard and Generation Innovation programmes for NISP Connect.

NON-ACCREDITED TRAINING

More than 3 weeks prior to the course start date - No cancellation fee payable.

Less than 3 weeks prior to the course start date - 100% of total fees payable or free transfer.

ACCREDITED TRAINING

More than 6 weeks prior to the course start date - No cancellation fee payable.

Less than 6 weeks prior to the course start date - 100% of total fees payable or free transfer.

Substitute delegates will be accepted at any time at no cost.
